Ever wondered how fancy restaurants made those delicious pasta dishes? Well, not all of them are great but if you've been to  an authentic Italian restaurant then most likely you tried a good Italian pastas. 

The good news is I'm showing you how to make a very simple Italian dish called Spaghetti Pomodoro. Pomodoro is an Italian word means "tomato". Right now we are going to make Pomodoro sauce then added to spaghetti pasta. Sound easy right? Well, It is! If you want to impress your friends and family with your Italian cooking skills then cook this dish on your next party. They will love it for sure :D Why buy if you can make it your own and even taste better. Right?

16 oz spaghetti 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 bulb garlic, chopped
2 medium size red tomatoes, cut in quarters
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
24 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock (optional - 1 chicken cube)
5 oz fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
