If you are a seafood lover then you should try this recipe. A quick and simple ginataan with only 3 seafood ingredients.
On this recipe, it is very important to cook the fish first (see video below) with ginger, garlic, and lemon grass before adding the rest of the ingredients. By doing this it takes away the fishy smell and you'll get the aroma of the 3 spices.
In any case you don't have the 3 seafoods on this recipe you can always add your own seafood mix. There is no rule! You can play with any ingredients as you wish.
